Built for
…and any other business where the calendar is the product.
iYou · 14 minutes
Tell us which branches are taking bookings, your clinic hours, and which services you offer — a 30-minute slot, a 60-minute slot, whatever you charge per. We give you back one short link per location, ready to paste anywhere a customer might already be looking. Done in under 14 minutes.
iiPatient · 2 taps
A small page opens in their browser — not an app, no account, no download. They pick their service, tap a slot, and leave a name and a number. Two thumb-prints from the waiting room and they're confirmed.
iiiYou again · the queue
You see every booking on the dashboard before they leave the page — name, number, service, slot, in order of arrival. Tap once to mark a patient served. Tap again to flag a no-show. The second time a number ghosts, you know before the slot opens.
Print the link on a counter card and it's a booking page before the patient reaches the front desk. A sticker on the reception window, a line at the bottom of a treatment receipt — anywhere a patient spends two quiet seconds is a slot they could fill without opening Messenger.
The QR isn't a separate product. It's the same link, shaped differently. Scan it, tap it, type it — the booking lands in the same queue, in the same order, whether your customer is checked in or still on the way.
Setmore, Calendly, Booksy and the rest are excellent for what they're for: multiple staff, multiple locations, businesses with HR and a finance team. They are not built around the kind of owner who runs the calendar in their head while serving the customer.
sched.fyi exists for the smaller case. One link, one queue, one owner — whether that owner runs a fitness studio, a barbershop, a dental clinic, a tattoo parlor, a music school, or a spa room. No staff manager, no service tree, no calendar sync. We add what owners ask for, in the order they ask for it, and we say no to almost everything else.
If you have more than three branches, a full front-desk team, and an operations manager on payroll — keep using what you're using. This isn't built for you, and we're not going to pretend it is.
Dentrix or Apointy for clinical, Studio Ninja for photographers, MindBody for fitness, SimplePractice for therapy — sched.fyi is the booking front door, not the practice management replacement. Patient records, treatment histories, clinical notes, the year of client data you don't want to retype. They aren't trying to be the link in your Instagram bio, and they shouldn't be.
Keep them. sched.fyi is the front door — one link, one slot, one queue. The booking lands here, you take it, the rest of your work continues in the tool that already does it well. We're an addition, not a replacement.

FAQ
Q:How is sched.fyi different from Calendly or Apointy?
A:Calendly is for one-on-one calls; Apointy and Mindbody are full practice-management suites. sched.fyi is the booking front door — one link, one queue, SMS reminders. It plays nicely with whatever you already use behind the scenes.
Q:Do I need to install anything?
A:No. Owners use a web dashboard. Customers tap a link or scan a QR. There's an iOS Add-to-Home-Screen and Android PWA install for owners who want a one-tap dashboard, but it's optional.
Q:What happens to no-shows?
A:You flag them in the dashboard. The next booking from that phone number gets a stricter reminder window. If they no-show twice, you decide whether to keep accepting them — sched.fyi remembers, you decide.
Q:What if my customer doesn't have a smartphone?
A:They get a text with a 4-digit reference. You write it on a card or a paper slip. The dashboard accepts manual look-up by reference number.
Q:How do you handle two branches with the same booking link?
A:One link, smart pick. The link asks the customer to pick the branch on first visit; subsequent visits remember. Owners can also share a per-branch link if they prefer.
Q:What does it cost?
A:₱499 / month per branch in the Philippines (founder rate, locked for the first 500 customers). Multi-branch tier at ₱1,199 (up to 3 branches). For 4+ branches, talk to sales for custom pricing. Launching in the Philippines first — join the waitlist for early access.
Whether you book by the hour, the slot, or the day — if it works for your practice, you'll know inside a week. If it doesn't, you take the link down without explaining anything to anyone.
