Customers open the link in a browser, pick a service and a time slot, and receive an SMS confirmation with a reference code plus a calendar invite. The business gets a dashboard that lists the day's bookings in arrival order, marks no-shows in one tap, and sends SMS reminders automatically.
How is sched.fyi different from Calendly?
sched.fyi focuses on a public booking page for a service business: one link, a booking dashboard, and SMS reminders included in every plan. It does not replace practice-management software such as Dentrix, Studio Ninja, Apointy, or MindBody — bookings land in sched.fyi and the rest of the work stays in the tools a business already uses.
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. The booking link opens in any web browser — customers do not need an app, an account, or a sign-in. They enter a name and mobile number, then receive an SMS confirmation and an .ics calendar invite that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.
What countries are supported?
sched.fyi is available in the Philippines and New Zealand. In the Philippines, reminders are sent over local SMS with the sender ID SCHEDFYI, so they land on any phone without an app or mobile data. New Zealand launched with a single plan, with multi-location plans on the roadmap.
How much does sched.fyi cost?
In the Philippines, the Notebook plan is ₱499 per month for one location (₱399 per month billed annually), and the Chain plan is ₱1,199 per month for up to 3 branches (₱959 per month billed annually). What happens when a customer doesn't show up?
The business can mark the booking as a no-show and review the customer's booking history. The owner decides how to handle future bookings from that customer.
What data does sched.fyi keep about customers?
For a booking, sched.fyi stores customer contact details and appointment details. Some services also use payment confirmations or package-credit records. Customers can request access to or deletion of their data by emailing [email protected].
